Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (milk chocolate works too)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place about 8-10 cupcake liners in muffin/cupcake pan
- In a bowl, mash banana and peanut butter
- Sir in the cinnamon, oatmeal and chocolate chips
- Fill muffin liners about 3/4 - the top of the cupcake liners (depends how big you want them)
- Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes
- Allow to cool for a few minutes and Enjoy!!
